Puppy exhaustion

I cannot have the puppy in my home much longer, I have told the owner so I hope he sees my message today.
Daisy is grumpy (she only tries to play with the puppy a bit in the morning) and she has almost stopped eating. The only way to get her to eat is to give her puppy dry food.
I do not get relaxing time or time to study, which this weekend was going to be all about. I really need to study, I have a seminar and 3 big exams coming up. I do not get any sleep, I get naps- it wakes me up for toilet time every 2 h in the night and then at 7 I have to get up and walk it and clean up in the apartment.
So now I am tired, sick, worried, anxious and haven't gotten anything done at all.

It has only gone 2 days but I thought I had got a little of control on the puppy's bladder, but nooo he just peed in the sofa. Daisy is grumpy and I sit anxious for every time the puppy walks around. I hope he gets some discipline out of living here with Daisy and me this week.

Puppy time!

The puppy I am watching is a shelter pup, which my friend is fostering until it can find a better home. Today he met with the rest of the pack, Linnea became a bit interested but she doesn't want a mixpup, she wants a showdog, so we were thinking of maybe convincing Alex. We are calling him Bob from now on, so if he stays with them it will be Bob and Marley! 

He is the most adorable pup ever, he looks like a little rat/dingo with his big ears, but he won't get much bigger I think. He is 11 weeks and is a real quick learner, he can entertain himself and goes to sleep when you tell him to. There are 2 problems though: he does not like to pee outside (and is not housebroken) and he hates being home alone (without a human). These things can be trained so he will be a great dog to someone!

He looks so big in this picture! I have him loose almost all of the time, he follows Daisy everywhere (or me) so I try not to walk where there are car roads. We walked probably the longest walk he has ever taken today too, but he only got to walk about half because he is so young and got tired.

Puppy watch

Everyone has gone or is going home for Easter, but there are a few of us left here in Warsaw. We are going to have a Easter breakfast and from tomorrow I am watching a friends puppy. I haven't met the puppy before so we are taking a walk tonight so Daisy and the pup will get used to each other a bit at least.

Sick

Jippie, woke up in cold sweat and fever, with a cold on top of that. So I am sick again, after just becoming healthy. My head is pounding and I was supposed to meet Henri in the library today but I think I'll stay home and try to get better.

For Sean's birthday we had hired a hummer limo, it was SO FUN! We were a bit to many people, but we all managed. Sorry mom, dad, grandma and grandpa for the alcoholic beverages hehe.

The next day was supernice sun and I wasn't hangover, so best night ever kind off!

WAFFLE DAY

My blog is so freaking pointless, I was reading some friends blogs and they were writing like small novels and political things, I write about Daisy and what I eat or drink.

I saw a man skiing 3 days ago, I was not happy. WHERE ARE YOU SPRING?

It is WAFFLE- DAY, so we had waffle breakfast at Jennies!

Fat dog in stroller

Today I saw a fat dog in a stroller, that was interesting.

I went out running after school, came home, jumped in the shower, dried my hair, was going to start my makeup (because I was going to the skybar at Mariott hotell in centrum with Jennie and her friend) but instead a feel a burning sensation over several places on my body- YAY I got an allergic reaction to something and I have no clue what!

The day before the microbiology exam, Daisy was not happy with me.

Don't eat after 8pm

I always thought that when your parents told you not to eat after 6 or 8 pm it was for no reason at all or that they didn't want you to get bad eating habbits/nibble on snacks to late, but actually one reason is that your liver needs to sleep. It works all day and if you eat late in the evening it has to work through the night too. It is almost 10 pm and I am eating pasta, not so good, oh well I will have to start fixing my eating habits tomorrow! 

At the moment I am finishing up my microbiology flashcards, which I will have to study like my life depends on it tomorrow (it kind of does), because on Friday is the first exam of this semester + 2 anatomy seminars (one on canine elbow dysplasia and the other on conditions of injections).

Took a long walk in the forest today and then in the evening another long walk with Linnea and Marley. So the 2 love birds could play!

Study study study! Our first exam of the semester is coming up. I am getting nervous, we haven't had this much to cover before. HAPPY ST. PATRICK'S DAY! I forgot that it was today until I walked over to the pugs' home and all their owners were drunk.

I totally forgot that a week ago was the anniversary of me moving in to the apartment and Daisy becoming mine!

Animal day

I've been out for 1h 40min with the dogs now, I am cold, my knee joints hurt and I am really tired, but I have had a real good day. It started in the stables where we learnt topographical anatomy of the equine thoracic and pelvic limb, now I have been out with Daisy, Marley and Doris and tonight I'll meet Vans; Henri's cat. So many animals, yay!

Zakopane

I have had an awesome trip with my friends to Zakopane!

We were supposed to go skiing on Saturday but it had rained a lot that week so we skipped that.

Friday: We had a fun but exhausting trip to Zakopane, when we arrived we went out to eat and dance.

Saturday: We walked around in the town center and ate. Back at the hotel we changed to our ski outfits, got free beer and traveled by horse and wagon deep into the forest. There it was a huge BBQ, dancing, hanging out around campfires and having a blast! It was the best part of the whole trip!

I joined the early trip back to Warsaw on Sunday, nice to be home early. Around 8 pm I took a walk with Linnea and Marley and got Daisy.

STRESSED

Yesterday I baked pizzabuns, which turned out to be supergood cold lunch for today in school!

I am superstressed right now, I have so much to do! I have to:
*Jogg
*Shower
*Fast clean apartment
*Finish my seminar I am holdning tomorrow
*Clip Daisy's claws and comb woolcoat
*Remove my nailpolish
*Scan in pics for the seminar
*Cook a stew
*Maybe at the same time cook a soup/paj
*Pack
*Make snacks for tomorrows trip
Etc.

At the same time I am in pain and tired (but still alert in some weird way) and I need to sleep a full 8h, but I do not see that happening tonight!

Tomorrow will be quite stressful too; Get up early, leave Daisy at Marley, go to school and have anatomy lect and lab, go to a polish microbiology so I won't miss the one we have at 1 O'Clock, try to sneak out early from that lesson to take the buss into the train station and run to the train... After that it will be fine!

Random update

Great end to a great day. Cleaned the apartment, walked Daisy, studied,  made soup for dinner,  chopped up banana and made chocolate fondue, tapped up a bath and started a movie.

Went food shopping BIG TIME, my backpack almost broke, the seems started breaking and the bags where over packed. My back hurt real bad today. I don't think I will shop that much again for a while. Well now I have food for 2 weeks anyway!

Planted 3 new plants, switched the potpourri and got scented candles!

SPRING

Today was the first time this year I sat out on my balcony! It isn't warm but it is very nice spring weather outside. I am trying to enjoy it as much as possible because on Friday I leave to go skiing in Zakopane and when I come back on Sunday night it is going to be snowing here in Warsaw. I want spring to come and stay!

I have been trying to eat a full and healthy breakfast the last 3 days, hope it sticks!

Kabaty

I went out for about 1 ½h with Daisy today, we went through the normal forest and then I dared to enter the Kabaty forest, which I have been thinking for 1 ½ years that you are not allowed to have dogs in. I realized today that you just have to have them on leach.

After that I have just been doing microbiology, it was just decided that we are going to split up our next exam because it was to big, so one part is already on Wednesday and I am gone all weekend so it is time to study hard core now!

Every 3rd day

Went out jogging yesterday! Everyone is being so good and getting gym memeberships, but I can't decide which gym and I am not sure that I have time when I barely have enough time with Daisy.

Anyway, I jogged for about 30min, tried to keep a upbeat tempo but Daisy is in bad shape too so I was dragging her around. I also did 30 squats and 50 stepback lunges. I have decided to start jogging every 3rd day, so next time is on Thursday which is perfect because on Friday I go to Zakopane with the Norwegians!

I am watching Marley today, so Daisy is having a sleepover! Both have been walked, bathed, cut claws, combed and woolcombed! Time for another walk and food soon.

Daisy's schedule

On Mondays and Thursdays I go in school for like 9h or more so I don't see Daisy that much, which is sad. I have time for a walk with Marley and Daisy on Mondays but on Thursdays 2 supergreat first year girls take them out! 

I have noticed that that dog is quite good at holding grudges. Every time I come to pick her up when she is with other dogs and I greet the other dogs more than her she gets sooo grumpy the rest of the evening. It is hilarious but I feel so bad!
