Why a smile helps:
♥Fake it until you make it; if you feel down try to fake a smile and you will actually become gradually happier. Scientific fact, you trick your brain into thinking that your mood is changed and the endorphin levels will increase! You need to train everyday though
♥It rubs off
♥It can make someones day or just cheer someone up
♥You look pretty
♥Reduces stress
♥Strengthen your immune system, a smile a day keeps the doctor away!
Stay positive even through the hardest of times. Everything you do is reflected by your attitude.
♥A tip, can be hard the first times, but in time it helps:
Every night before you fall asleep you have to think at least 3 good thoughts about the day. It could be such a thing as you ate an apple or saved a life, it doesn't matter how small or big thing it is. But after you started thinking of positive things you are not allowed to let the negative thoughts come out, it doesn't matter if you ate candy before the apple, you ate an apple which is healthy!
Some of my positive thoughts about today:

♥Cleaned the whole apartment thoroughly
♥Went grocery shopping
♥Skyped with Victoria
♥Passed a chemistry exam
