Horrible SOS-nurse

I have been sitting listening to a radio program about an incident this spring. It is in Swedish so you might not understand but I'll to a summary in English of it.
A boy, Emil 21 years, called 112 and was begging for an ambulance to come. He was having breathing problems, pain in his whole body and fainted continuously. The SOS-nurse is just arguing and saying that Emil is breathing fine and he should just sit up. Emil drops the phone, faints a few times and the nurse calls back just being a bitch about it. Emil is pleading for an ambulance but the nurse does not send one. A few hours later Emil is found dead in his apartment, his spleen had burst. Because he was dying the nurse is not being properly punished.

I must say that I am disgusted and almost started to cry when I heard how bad he was being treated.
