Summerbreak!

I am done with this semester! I had my last exam at 9 O'clock this morning, had to take a 3h nap after, but I have a horrible headache. It is probably all the tension that has been released. YAY! 3rd year hopefully done, we are still missing some results.

Midsummer and lost motivation

Well you could say I am really loosing my motivation. On Friday I became happy and got some motivation back from having a wonderful midsummer's celebration, up until my phone with all the beautiful photos of everyone got stolen. 

Then we had an exam today which from the teachers point of view would be "Easy and straightforward", well that was BS. 

At least they had a photographer at the event and I only have 2 exams left.

Tough week

I have now checked off so many exams, only 4 exams left. I am so exhausted. 

I studied the hardest I have ever studied for an exam I had yesterday, felt good going in and then I turn the paper over and feel f*cked. I am so scared for the results of that exam and so sad, because I know so much I was not able to show due to the bad questions. It has really put me down, but I have to try and remain positive to keep my energy up.

Monday: General surgery practical exam, general surgery theoretical exam

Tuesday: Nutrition exam

Wednesday: Pharmacy prescription, polish oral exam

Friday: Parasitology exam (oral) (1 year course) 

Next week:

Monday: Vet diagnostics exam (1 year course) 

Wednesday: Public health exam

Last week:

Monday: Pharmacology exam (1 year course) 

I really miss my little Daisy.

Since I came back from Sweden it has been a whole lot of studying. Exam after exam, only a little over 2 weeks left now though. It is going to be very intense and difficult, and I am already tired.

We went to the farm to learn how to do a reproductive and calf examination. We also had a test, practical and theoretical, of cattle diagnostics.

This week we went to the apiaries again, learning about disinfection and replacements of hives.

It has been amazing weather here. Summer has come!

I had to celebrate after writing 4 tests in 3 days and passing all of them!

I apologize for not posting anything for a month, there has been a lot on my mind. I am mid-exam session so I probably won't post anything for another 2 weeks after this post.

I went home the last weekend in May to leave the car and dogs in Sweden. While home I mostly relaxed for the upcoming exam session.

Before we left Ärtan was sterilized and I decided to do a precautionary operation on Daisy to remove the last mammary glands, as she has already had mammary gland adenocarcinoma twice. Everything healed perfectly, I removed the stitches of Daisy when back in Sweden.

 While home I visited my friend whom had just gotten a dog, Mr. Charles. Cute little boxer.
