Rainbow!

The mol. cell phys. was kind of impossible for us to know so I and probably most of us were just guessing (multiple choice) and I passed, awesome! I have been studying biophysics today, and will do tomorrow too!!

Look at the AWESOME rainbow that appeared this morning when I turned on the cam!!

It has been a beautiful day, but very cold, and I am pleased with how it turned out. Now I am dead tired, going for one last slide of bioph. and then its off to bed!!

Usual day

Exam as usual this morning! Been studying ever since, I am dead beat. Almost done with the essay, only two pages to go (okay that is still going to take forever!). Tomorrow we have the last exam of the week and might find out the results of some past exams. If i pass everything I am done on Monday, doubt it though haha!

I made this for lunch! Not so fond of eggs so fried them a little extra hehe.

Had exam today, don't know how it went yet. At the moment I am lying in Henri's bed and in a while we are going to study for tomorrows exam and write an essay, yaaay!

BTW Linn and I are going to London for 3 days in February, looking forward to it!!

Just pored lots of curry spice into my processed sour-milk... That is what studying histology does to you!
Didn't even notice I was poring curry into it until I felt a strong scent of curry.

Baby boy William

I forgot to post about my friend Kajsa's beautiful baby boy William. He is about 1 ½ weeks old and I am looking so much forward to meeting him when I come home to Sweden!!!!

Thumbs up for me today! I passed both of the exams I had today, now anatomy is over for this semester. I slept 3 hours tonight (studied) and had both exams and a lecture today, so I am a bit tired! Going for a nap now, then some food then study!

Trying to stay awake

I am jumping around Henri c/o trying to stay awake for a while longer, have to study some chemistry before the exam. I passed the practical anatomy of circulatory system today and got a 5 in polish (yaay, but that class isn't so hard YET). 

Batman pooped on the carpet hahah!

The whole copy/printing "store" laughed at me today. We had written presentations for Polish class that we were going to read out loud and I don't have a printer so went down with Henri to the store to print it. For once we had a document that was in polish so OF COURSE they were going to read it... Before he was going to print it he came up and asked if I wanted it corrected and I said Sure! But while he was correcting it he called his colleague and read it to him and then they started laughing and they people in line did too. I wrote some strange stuff like "My favorite candy is salt licorice, but they do not have that in Poland. So instead I eat pretzels"  and "I like to eat pasta and potato dishes" .... "My favorite drink is Swedish water, because it tastes so fresh and clean". I am not so surprised that they laughed....

Today is Emelie's, Henning's and Henri's birthdays!! Yaaaay, sorry I couldn't celebrate you guys back in Sweden. But here in Poland we celebrated Henri.

When she was in school I went to their apartment and baked a birthday cake (first cake I have ever done). She came home while I was starting to decorate so it wasn't to pretty but it tasted gooood!

I also decorated her room with balons! Then her birthday present arrived: A BUNNY!

Jennie baked some cupcakes (delicious) and then it was time for study.

Campus

I got a request to put up some pics of the campus, I haven't really taken so good pictures and not of the whole campus just of what I walked by when I was going to class!

A lot to do and no time

Sitting with my soup and waiting for the chicken to defrost so I can cook something to eat later. I passed IT today so only 10 exams, 2 tests and 2 essays left, and only 14 days. Awesome. 

Dancing=happiness

Dancing releases a chemical in the brain called GABA. It calms us down and blocks feelings of stress, it's thought to improve creativity too. Don't be afraid to dance when you feel like it- in the supermarket, bedroom, street, club, where ever- it brings smiles to other faces and happiness to you.
