Amazing omelet

What I cooked for dinner yesterday was AMAZING. I cooked bacon, omelet and croutons. The omelet consisted of: Eggs, milk, lot of sambalolek, shredded carrot and cheese and a lot of jalapenos- it tasted sooo good and I don't really like eggs that much. The croutons was white toastbread which I fried in the bacon fat and garlicsalt until crispy. NAM NAM. With a sallad on the side of course! 

I ate the last lasange mom cooked for me (and I had in my freezer for forever) today, so sad, but I go home in 9 days!
